Well even though you like athletic running shoes, I would recomend getting some Chuck Taylor All-Star Converse. They look good, have some ankle support, and they were MADE for athletics. Chuck Taylor made them for Basketball Shoes, but the are good for other sports. I have three pairs, and I love the look, the feel, and they are pretty good for sports. Hope I helped!
